HOW CAN I KNOW THE AVAILABILITY OF THE ARTICLES?
The products presented on our website may display three states of availability. The time for the shipment of your order depends on the availability of the articles of the same:
Available:
- Article with signage "In Stock": Shipped within 48h
- Article in promotional campaign: Issued within 21 days
Stock Limited:
Item is in stock with limited quantities-Order as soon as possible to secure the item reservation.
- Shipped within 2 to 5 days
Sold off:
- The article is temporarily unavailable.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRODUCT YOU ORDER IS NOT ALREADY AVAILABLE?
In the articles we have in stock we will do our best to prevent this from happening. However, in the articles that we ask our supplier we are informed, sometimes, late on the unavailability of the same and we can not fulfill your request. We will however contact you shortly and you can choose these options: wait until the article is replaced, choose an alternative item or cancel the order.
* Your order is processed only on weekdays. Orders made after 16 hours with product available, will only be despatched on the following business day.
